Other parking areas are on the property and is a short walk to the front door of the property. ✪WORK FROM HOME: There is FREE high-speed WIF available throughout the home in addition to 2 dedicated work spaces: 1 on the first leve and in the guest bedroom on the 2nd level. ✪We are a pet-friendly home however you will need to inform us in advance if you plan to bring you pet along. We accept up to 2 dogs and they must not exceed 30lbs weight limit. ✪All bedrooms are on level 3 of the home and includes: ***Master Suite: with a luxurious and comfortable Queen bed, 2 nightstands and full length mirror. Also has a ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. A large and roomy walk in closet to hold all your clothing and shoes. Smart TV in room as well. ***Bedroom 2: Beautiful day bed with a trundle bed attached. Can be used for little ones to room together or for a parent and young child. Either way it's a gorgeous room and it houses a plus pink chair with a desk. Smart tv in the room to enjoy. ***Bedroom 3: A peaceful and colorful room with a twin bed and plenty of storage underneath the bed. Smart tv is in the room to stream all your favorite shows. ✪Multipurpose room on Level 1 with beautiful Queen pull-out couch that can sleep 2. Space has a designated desk and board games for the family. ✪Kitchen & Dining -(on level 2) very spacious and fully stocked kitchen to cater to everyone's needs. Well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen gadgets, utensils, glassware, plates, bowls, kids plates, bowls and sippy cups too. Center island is perfect for everyone to gather around or to hold evening meals. Basic cookware provided. ✪Outdoor space (level 1)- includes a furnished patio for rest and relaxation. Amazing stay! We came for graduation and had a family of 5 staying there. More than enough room. There is parking. Tiffany is so responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Overall just a great place and wonderful host.

I originally had a Airbnb booked already for this day. Once I arrive to that particular Airbnb I knew it was not an area that I would felt comfortable staying in so I looked for another one and I found Tiffany’s. Although we reserved it last minute Tiffany was very accommodated to make sure we were able to get access to get in. Tiffany place was very clean. We were able to pull in the garage and have privacy every time I reached out to her. She responded quickly if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Durham check Tiffany out! We enjoyed our stay.

Tiffany was the ultimate hostess. Her rental was IMMACULATE and I'm a huge stickler with regard to that. She was proactive in checking to ensure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. That speaks volumes about her character! We would definitely request to stay again.
